E.ON Drive Booster

The E.ON Drive Booster, the first combined charging station and battery buffer, can be set up wherever electric cars should be able to power up.
Our collaboration with Volkswagen Group Components enables us to bring electric mobility in Europe to the next level.
Simris – 100% renewable, local power is possible

The innovative energy system in Simris supplies the Swedish village with up to 100% renewable, locally generated power, by combining solar panels, wind turbines, battery energy storage, smart energy management and a fully committed citizen energy community.

Apart from being the technical director amongst 16 project partners, E.ON is running 2 DEMOs to examine the positive effects of battery energy storage
systems of reliability of the electricity supply, decarbonization of energy systems at local levels and enhanced involvement of energy communities.
Metropolitan fast-charging park

Metropolitan fast-charging park is the first semi self-sufficient fast charging park in Germany. It proves that eMobility services can become available everywhere and provide an efficient, sustainable and cost-effective solution to EV drivers.
