Mr. Miroslav Pelouch, born on 19 May 1965 in Tábor, is an electrician by training. After a brief period of employment in public administration, he began his career by joining Jihočeská energetika a.s., the predecessor company of E.ON in the Czech Republic, where he initially worked as a planner for energy networks and later as an administrator of IT networks. Until his release from professional duties in 1993, he was active in key account management, before he was elected Chairman of the Grass-Roots Organisations of the ECHO Trade Union Federation for the South Bohemian Region. During his employment, he completed a course of study in European Economics and Public Administration in combination with a master’s degree course in Economic Policy and Administration, graduating in 2010 with a degree in engineering. That same year, he qualified as a Master of Business Administration, specialising in Human Resources and the European Union.
In addition, Miroslav Pelouch was appointed by the ECHO Trade Union Federation to serve on the Advisory Board to the Regulatory Authority of the Energy Sector in the Czech Republic. In this role, he dealt with regulatory issues, in particular in the electricity and gas industry.
Mr. Pelouch is married and has one son.
Member of the Supervisory Board of E.ON SE since May 2020; term will end at the close of the Annual General Meeting in 2023.
