Code of Conduct
Responsible and lawful action is as fundamental to E.ON as our business. The reputation that we have built up over our customers, business partners and the public through outstanding employees, can be seriously damaged by individual legal violations.
E.ON´s success essentially depends on all its employees – incl. all line manager – respecting the E.ON values of being reliable, innovative, open and dynamic everywhere.
The E.ON Code of Conduct helps our line manager and other employees to put these corporate values into practice.
The guidelines contained in this Code of Conduct are combined under four basic rules:
• E.ON fulfills its corporate responsibility
• E.ON conducts transparent business relationships
• E.ON operates in a fair and free market
• E.ON protects data, business secrets and company assets
