"Come as who you are! It’s important to me that you do not pretend to be someone else. Of course you want to make a good impression and show yourself from your best side. And in my experience, that works best when you are simply yourself. So don’t try to slip into a role or pretend to be someone you’re not. And don't be afraid to be nervous – that's totally normal!”

"For me the CV is the heart of the application. A good CV should be clearly structured and no more than two pages long. The look is secondary to me, but the content is all the more important. Make sure that you express your experience, your knowledge and skills very clearly. Take another look at it: Are all the details coherent and comprehensible? Then you’re good to go!"

"If you have to work on a case study at the assessment centre, keep a cool head! We do not expect a 100% solution. We are interested in seeing how you use your skills under time pressure. Proceed step by step. It is best to take notes about your approach and make sure you have a coherent argumentation. This way nothing can go wrong in the subsequent presentation!"
