Tell us about your Women's Day experience?
Women’s Day 2018 was an impressive event for me. Not only did I meet quite inspiring young women from different countries and educational backgrounds among the other candidates, but also did I experience consulting work for the first time. I was amazed by the people of ECON and the thoughtful planning of the event starting at the application up to the follow-up contact. During the event I met about 15 different ECONs, all of them easy to approach and happy to answer my questions in a very honest way. Overall the event was fun, challenging and made me want to join ECON.
How does your everyday work as a consultant at ECON look like?
Working as a consultant at ECON challenges me every day to develop professionally and personally by receiving feedback and being granted responsibility from Day 1. On my projects we work together in small teams on exciting topics of the energy industry, while tasks vary from analytical to communicative and creative nature. I enjoy working close with the client and to always rely on our team in having fun and creating valuable results.
Why would you recommend other women to join this year’s Women's Day?
Women’s Day is the chance for you to get to know the team very personally and to win an impression of how we work at ECON. You will get insights into the changes of the energy industry, consulting and the application process resulting in a complete picture of the opportunities you are offered at ECON. Summed up, Womens Day event is 3 days packed with exciting funtivities, valuable learnings and fascinating people.
