E.ON and the intermunicipal waste company ARC today have signed an agreement on the project CopenCapture in Copenhagen. Leading energy companies and associations are calling on the new federal government to consistently set the course for a flexible, decentralized, and consumer-oriented power supply. The "Energy Playbook" presented by E.ON in Brussels shows ways in which Europe can become climate neutral by 2050 and save costs of up to 1.5 trillion euros. E.ON remains on its growth path. The company achieved its earnings targets for 2024 in all business segments. With record investments, E.ON again demonstrated its leading role in propelling Europe’s energy transition.
