Our Values and Behaviors, which guide Group units and employees in all the countries where E.ON is active, make communication easier, improve the exchange of information, enhance cooperation beyond the boundaries of individual companies and have a positive effect on the success of the entire Group. Seven months after the introduction of OneE.ON, 95 % of Group employees already share this view.
In order to reinforce the shared culture of the Group and to foster a new feeling of togetherness, E.ON holds an OneE.ON day with a different theme every year. Last year the OneE.ON-Award was conferred for the second time to individuals or teams for the exemplified conversion of our values and behaviour.
