EC6 We also demonstrate our social responsibility when we select suppliers. We buy from local and national suppliers and aim for a balance that makes business sense.. When we make purchasing decisions, we consider price and quality but also CR standards relate to the principles of the Global Compact (p. E.ON Procurement Policy PDF).
EC7 Our personnel selection process runs according to our people strategy "OneHR". The qualifications and motivation of an employee are the most decisive factors. Favoring a specific social group would be contrary to our non-discrimination principle.
