E.ON UK announces that it has completed the purchase of 100 percent of Enfield, a gas-fired power station near London. With an installed capacity of 392 megawatts, the station can generate enough power for 300,000 homes.

 

E.ON AG sells Viterra to Deutsche Annington GmbH. The transaction still requires clearance from anti-trust authorities. The activities of Viterra and Deutsche Annington are perfectly complementary. The combination of both businesses will produce the largest residential real-estate company in Germany with approximately 230,000 residential units under management.
