By promoting youth sports E.ON aims to ensure that talented young athletes can enjoy the best possible training conditions to hone their skills. Our sponsorship guards against sports losing promising young talents. E.ON sees its commitment to sponsoring sports as part of its corporate responsibility.

A good example of this can be found at E.ON Bayern, which has been patron of the Bamberg Basketball Foundation for ten years. The company also is the primary sponsor of the Merkur Cup, the world's largest soccer cup for kids between eight and ten years of age.
