In early November, E.ON Ruhrgas acquires a majority ownership interest in the gas business of Budapest-based MOL, Hungary's largest oil and gas company. E.ON Ruhrgas will thus acquire a 75 percent stake (less 1 share) in MOL's gas trading and storage businesses as well as a 50 percent interest in a gas importer.
