Effective May 1, 2003, the Supervisory Board names Dr. Wulf Bernotat as the Chairman of the Board of Management and CEO of E.ON AG. Dr. Bernotat was previously CEO of Stinnes AG.

The former co-CEOs of E.ON AG, Ulrich Hartmann and Professor Wilhelm Simson, join E.ON's Supervisory Board. Ulrich Hartmann becomes the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
