In Dialog

with our Stakeholders

As an international group, we stay in constant contact with a wide range of stakeholders. This stakeholder dialog includes customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities, governments, non-governmental organizations and the general public in around 30 countries. The dialog process helps us identify the range of expectations and needs stakeholders have, while at the same time allowing us to present our views.

We view the acceptance of stakeholders as one of the most significant factors in long-term corporate success. Their feedback is vital, particularly on a local level, in helping us orientate our strategies, plans and activities. The agreement of our neighbors in the regions where we are based is a precondition for many of our projects. That’s why we pursue a policy of intensive dialog with neighbors on the ground. We are also aiming to intensify our dialog with the most important stakeholders through our involvement in initiatives.

The legal environment also has a significant influence on our business. It is therefore vital to maintain our dialog with politics.

With our wide range of reporting we aim to satisfy stakeholders’ growing interest in corporate responsibility (CR) issues.
