On May 8, 2008, we staged a panel discussion with high-ranking delegates which was dedicated to corporate responsibility at E.ON and within the energy sector as a whole. The event coincides with the 2007 CR Report being published. We would also like to use the occasion to increase our dialog with stakeholders about the future of energy supply.

 

After a speech, Dr. Wulf Bernotat spoke to representatives from politics, science and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) about the changed conditions in the energy market as well as the consequences for corporate responsibility at E.ON and within the entire industry. The event’s panel was consist of Franz-Josef Lersch-Mense (Federal Ministry for Employment and Social Affairs), Dr. Ottmar Edenhofer (Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research) and Roland Hipp (Greenpeace e.V.).
