Hans-Peter Floren resigns from E.ON Ruhrgas Board of Management

In its meeting on December 15, 2011, the Supervisory Board of E.ON Ruhrgas AG accepted Hans-Peter Floren’s request to step down from his position as Member of the Board of Management, in which he is responsible for Gas Supply & Infrastructure, with immediate effect.

Klaus Schäfer, Chairman of the Board of Management of E.ON Ruhrgas AG, will take over Hans-Peter Floren’s responsibilities on an interim basis in addition to his regular responsibilities.The E.ON Group would like to thank Hans-Peter Floren for his long-term successful contribution.
