E.ON to appeal CNE conditions
After a preliminary evaluation of the approval issued last Friday bySpain's Comisión Nacional de Energía (CNE) relating to E.ON's offerto acquire Endesa, E.ON has decided to file an appeal with Spain'sMinistry of Industry. The appeal, which will be filed next week, inparticular addresses CNE conditions regarding asset disposals.
