E.ON in the Top 10of Europe's 100 Best Employers |
E.ON has once again been named one of Europe's top 100 employers. As one of the world's largest private-sector power and gas companies, E.ON received the coveted award in Baden, Austria on 20 May 2009, from the Great Place to Work® Institute Europe. E.ON was ranked a commendable 10th position.
Confirmation of Consistent Success in HR
E.ON's ongoing success in HR is clear, as this year on year recognition shows. This year E.ON managed to move up four places. "The renewed improvement and our ranking among Europe's top 10 employers confirm the high quality of our HR activities," said Christoph Dänzer-Vanotti, Chief Human Resources Officer of E.ON AG. An outstanding assessment at European level is particularly significant because an employer's appeal is increasingly important in recruiting the most qualified and talented staff internationally. "Such employees are crucial to our competitiveness," the CHRO stressed.
