The E.ON Trading Academy, Project Academy, IT Academy and Procurement Academy are meanwhile operational and considered as a benchmark in the corporate learning world. They will be complemented by the E.ON Sales & Marketing Academy, the E.ON Finance and Controlling Academy and the HR Academy during 2008. The curricula of each Functional Academy are tailored to the specific needs of the respective business function likewise.
