Germany's Best Workplaces 2010 |
E.ON has ranked an excellent fourth place in the renowned competition "Germany’s Best Workplaces 2010". This clearly underlines our status as one of the top employers in Germany.
235 companies of all sizes and from all sectors and regions of the country underwent an independent evaluation of their qualities and attractiveness as an employer as part of the "Germany’s Best Workplaces" competition. The assessment focused on topics such as the credibility and fairness of the management, the extent to which employees identify with the company and the team spirit among the workforce. The Great Place to Work® Institute Germany surveyed over 50,000 employees as part of its evaluation.
The annual study and "Germany’s Best Workplaces" competition is carried out by the Great Place to Work® Institute Germany in cooperation with the New Quality of Work Initiative (INQA) from the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The competition also has top notch media partners in "Handelsblatt" and "personalmagazin".
The results were announced on February 24, 2010 in Berlin.
