Although there has been a clear turnaround in the German labor market, the situation continues to be tight when it comes to training slots. The purpose of our training initiative is to help prevent youth unemployment and to enable young people to have a successful start in their professional lives. The training initiative is made up of four modules, each of which is aimed at a particular target group. In addition, we have supported the "Jobs without barriers" initiative (Jobs ohne Barrieren ) of the German Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs since 2005, and we have systematically promoted the recruitment of disabled apprentices. We have spent 10 million euros for this purpose - because their future means that much to us.
