We are giving students with an interest in the energy industry the chance to receive targeted support – without having to commit yourself to our company after graduation. Direct your energy. E.SIS will support you!

We offer you:

• A monthly grant of 600 Euros, without having to pay it back. Whether you decide to stay with E.ON after graduation or not, the length of the grant is connected to the typical length of study at your faculty.
• Practical activities within the E.ON group (such as internships, intern activities or final theses), 7 weeks per advanced year, will not be reimbursed separately.
• Personal career coaching by an E.ON mentor.
• Annual network meetings for all program participants.
