We offer you:

• A monthly grant of 600 Euros – the length of the grant is connected to the typical length of study at your faculty.
• Practical activities within the E.ON group (such as internships, intern activities or final theses), 7 weeks per advanced year, will not be reimbursed separately.
• Personal career coaching by an E.ON mentor.
• Annual network meetings for all program participants.
• You receive an additional 500 Euros monthly for your living expenses.

You do not have to pay anything back if you commit to E.ON after graduation for 12 months per year of support. If you choose a different career path, you only have to pay us the additional support back.
