The Schedule of the

E.ON Graduate Program

Business placements

During your first four months, you'll get to know your home company as well as your first business area - your home placement. You will gain in-depth knowledge while working on exciting projects and dealing with concrete, hands-on tasks that contribute to the business. You'll then get to know other E.ON companies and functions via three further placements, one of which will be abroad. We'll support you as you build your own network of contacts and seek out projects to work on.

Workshops

During the program we offer all participants of the E.ON Graduate Program three training modules. Each module will provide you with a global overview of key corporate issues, and support you in developing a graduate network stretching across the whole company. The training curriculum includes for example the basics of the energy industry or intercultural communication skills.

Mentoring

You will have access to personal support and supervision throughout the E.ON Graduate Program via two key contacts: a Human Resources professional, and a mentor. Both will provide you with the advice and coaching through the course of the program and will support your personal development.
