In just 18 months, the E.ON Graduate Program trains and prepares you for working in an international capacity within our company. You apply by choosing a location and picking an opening that matches your skills and degree.

- Completed a university degree within the standard study period, achieving excellent grades
- A university degree with one of the following major areas of study:
- Marketing, management or economics (energy industry, finance, accounting, taxes, controlling, corporate development, human resources/organization)
- Industrial engineering / engineering sciences (electronics, energy technology, mechanical engineering, process engineering)
- Jurisprudence
- Ideally, completed subject-related internship and experience living abroad
- Fluency in German and English
- A high level of flexibility and international mobility
- A high level of self-initiative, motivation and the ability to work well within a team
- Extracurricular interests and activities
After a preselection process based on individual evaluation criteria, we will invite the selected applicants to take part in a telephone interview. The final step involves either the applicant being asked to attend a personal interview from which they will receive an invitation to the Assessment Center or we will invite them to an Assessment Center directly.
