If you completed your legal or engineering science university degree quickly and with above-average marks, the doors to the management development program are open to you.

 

You should also have obtained initial work experience or a doctorate, be willing to relocate, and have excellent language skills – especially in German and English. Furthermore, you should ideally have pronounced analytical skills and detailed theoretical and practical knowledge in one of the fields identified above.
