Efficient Development
The introductory program lasts between two and two and a half years; it is complemented by seminars, multidisciplinary projects, and internal company mentoring. It includes deployment at several different locations within the group, for periods between nine and twelve months each. While there, you will work on projects as a fully integrated team member or have your own area of responsibility in the day-to-day course of business.
Naturally, your contract is open-ended. You can join at any time, and we support you during the entire course of the program – and even afterwards.
You can joint E.ON Ruhrgas based on your professional qualifications. We will build on these qualifications with a sophisticated qualification and support concept. This will allow you to develop your personal skills and immerse yourself in our corporate culture. The systematic structure of the management development program is as follows:
Seminars
Expand your personal knowledge through methodology and soft skills seminars as well as individual professional or extended qualification programs. The focus of these programs is determined based on consulting interviews with your personal adviser and mentor.
Discussion rounds
Regular meetings with E.ON Ruhrgas managers keep you informed about current projects and developments, and invite discussions with the speakers. You develop a detailed understanding of company activities and continue expanding your network.
Projects
As a member of interdisciplinary teams, you develop solutions for company-related projects in conjunction with your colleagues while expanding your horizons.
