As a corporate university, the E.ON Academy is a key building block of our systematic management development and internal continuing education program. With a curriculum tailored towards company and employee management and an appealing learning environment, the Academy creates ideal conditions for an active learning process. Under the maxim "learning from the best", the Academy team tailors training programs with hand-picked strategic partners from the field of education such as the european school of management and technology, London Business School, Harvard Business School, and MIT.

In its role as a "Learning Competency Center", the academy produces tailor-made learning programs, symposiums, and discussion forums for various internal target groups. The Academy team works closely with our personnel development and continuing education experts in other companies within the group in order to take advantage of synergies in a group-wide learning system and to popularize OneE.ON as our company culture.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the group headquarters, the Academy campus in Düsseldorf has advanced to become a group meeting point for the active exchange of opinions between E.ON’s top managers and economic, political, and cultural leaders. The Academy is developing and organizing multi-disciplinary, group-wide discussion forums in order to promote networking and the exchange of information in a targeted manner. For example, the "Düsseldorf Dispute" was created in cooperation with the Düsseldorf industry club and the Düsseldorf University. "Düsseldorf Dispute" is a series of events that stimulate the culture of debate and discussion in our society with current, timely topics.
