In the most recent German Graduate Barometer, E.ON cemented its position as a top employer. Compared to the year before, the company climbed three places in business students’ ratings and moved into 33rd place. E.ON also successfully maintained its position among engineers and is now ranked in an outstanding 14th place.
The study is conducted by the leading market research institute trendence. Each year it distinguishes the top 100 employers in Germany. As part of the survey, almost 22, 000 students were interviewed about the attractiveness of companies as employers of budding professionals and managers. The quality assessment was guided by such criteria as working hours, salary, professional prospects and the degree to which they agreed with the ideas the prospective university graduates had about their career.
