Top Employer in Germany in 2008

Corporate culture is a priority at E.ON – and a success.  In 2008, E.ON was able to claim a position among Germany’s top employers for the second consecutive time. The award was presented by the independent research company CRF and the magazine Junge Karriere which is published by Handelsblatt. An extensive study was conducted into the employer qualities of German companies before the award was presented. In surveys and interviews with business journalists Groups from different sectors were subjected to a careful screening. Marks were given in the categories compensation, market leadership, work-life-balance, job security, career opportunities as well as atmosphere and company culture. E.ON made a compelling case in all disciplines and is one of the top addresses for graduates and young professionals.
