The 2012 Annual Shareholders Meeting has approved on May 3, 2012 a cash dividend of EUR1.00 per share for the 2011 financial year.

After withholding the capital gains tax of 25 percent and an additional 5.5 percent solidarity surcharge (a total of 26.375 percent) a dividend amount of 0.965 USD per ADR (due to the exchange rate USD/Euro of 1.3102) was paid on May 11, 2012.
