Having already been awarded the accolade of "Top Employer in Germany", E.ON has now also received this certification from the Corporate Research Foundation Institute (CRF Institute) for the category "Engineers". In these studies, it identifies companies which are particularly outstanding in the fields of HR management and strategy.

Each year, the "Top Employers for Engineers" study identifies the most attractive employers for engineers. The participating businesses are assessed in the areas of "Compensation and benefits", "Education and training", "Learning and development", "Career opportunities", "Terms of Employment" and "Corporate culture".
