E.ON also meets the highest demands as an employer: The company is among the elite in the Best workplaces in Germany 2011 as well as in the Good Company Ranking.

On May 19, 2010 the Best workplaces in Europe 2010 awards were presented. Furthermore E.ON was recognized as number one employer in the energy industry with the Universum Award. Also students see E.ON as an top employer as the Universum Student Survey 2011 has shown.

E.ON has placed well in other rankings too, such as the Top Employer in Germany 2011, Top Employer for Engineers 2011, Young Professional Barometer 2011, German Graduate Barometer 2011 and in Fortune magazine's ranking of the world's most admired companies.

E.ON has also been nominated as a Top Company by the employer ranking platform "kununu". We have been commended as a Fair Company for the fairness we show to our interns.
