The stated goal of the E.ON Academy is to provide long-term support for our managers, young executives and employees by developing their technical and interdisciplinary skills. In innovative and personally tailored programs, around 2,000 students come to know how to increase their productivity while at the same time experiencing greater joy in (team-) work.
